Build an Agentic Interview Loop: From Application to Offer.

Find the right roles. Tell your real story. Make every interview round smarter than the last.

Tolani Omitokun · AI Skills Unlocked · Nine-prompt pack

One loop. A stronger next round.

An interview should not be a fresh start every time. What the recruiter tells you should shape your hiring-manager prep. What the hiring manager flags should shape your panel answers. Every conversation becomes context for the next.

These nine prompts work in a plain Claude or ChatGPT chat. No agent setup required. Fill in the brackets with your resume, the job posting, your real stories, and what you learned in earlier rounds.

The habit that changes everything: Run the Debrief prompt after every round, then paste its memory note into your next prep. That is the manual version of a shared memory file.

The interview loop

  1. Find roles
  2. Tailor resume
  3. Outreach note
  4. Recruiter screen prep
  5. Hiring manager prep
  6. Panel prep
  7. Final / VP round prep
  8. Mock panel
  9. Debrief (run after every round)

1. Find roles

When: you're starting a search, or once a week to catch new roles. Use a web-enabled AI, or run the searches yourself on LinkedIn (search bar, then the Posts filter, then "Past week") and paste the posts in.

Prompt 1 · Find roles
Help me find [TARGET ROLE, e.g. Senior Product Manager] roles in [LOCATION / REMOTE] that real people announced on LinkedIn in the past week.

If you can browse, search LinkedIn posts for each of these. If you can't, I'll paste the posts I find below.
- "I'm hiring" [TARGET ROLE]
- "join my team" [TARGET ROLE]
- "my team is hiring" [TARGET ROLE]
- "come work with me" product
- "we're hiring" [TARGET ROLE]

Keep a post only if a real person names a specific open [TARGET ROLE]. A link is not required, many put it in the comments or say "DM me." Drop job-board posts, staffing-agency contract posts, people looking for work, career advice, and near-misses that aren't my role (for example product marketing, project or program management).
