The idea

Pick the task you do most often, or the one you dread most, and let Claude Cowork handle it on a schedule. Cowork is the version of Claude that can do real work for you. It can read your email, check your calendar, update a Google Sheet, and run on its own at a set time. You set it up once. It keeps going.

One specific task in mind that you would love to never do again

1. Name the task you never want to do again

Do not start with the tool. Start with the chore. Finish this sentence: "Every week I have to ______ and I hate it." Maybe it is replying to new inquiries within the hour. Maybe it is sending appointment reminders. Maybe it is pulling together a Monday summary of how the business is doing. Write down the one task that would feel like a weight lifted.

Tip: Pick a task that repeats and follows the same steps each time. Those are the easiest and most rewarding to automate first.

2. Open Cowork and tell it about your business

Open Claude, start a Cowork session, and give it the context it needs to sound like you. The more it knows, the better it works on your behalf.
